Elrond und Glorfindel scheinen unpassend. tolkien hat verschiedene Namen für Stiere/Bullen mit der Form -mund entworfen und ist auf die Reaktion von Thurston gespannt.<br /> <br /> Tolkien erklärt dass Arwen eine Halbelbin ist, die ihre elbischen Rechte aufgegeben hat. Galadriel ist die wichtigste elfische Frau, die im Herrn der Ringe erwähnt wird; ihre Tochter ist Celebrían. Eine andere Elbenfrau ist Nimrodel, aber Tolkien wollte nicht, dass diese Namen an Färsen oder Kühe vergeben werden.
